Safety, licensing, and insurance
Roofing work on a TEMA IFM program is performed by contractors licensed in the jurisdiction where the work takes place. Our contractor agreement sets minimum insurance limits, names you as an additional insured, and requires each contractor to disclose its safety record before work is assigned. Our own field staff work under a written safety and fall protection program.
