Roof Condition Assessment
Know the condition of every roof before you spend on it.
Our inspectors walk every roof section, photograph defects, rate condition on a consistent five-point scale and estimate remaining service life, so decisions start with facts, not contractor opinions.
Outcomes
What roof condition assessment delivers
A documented, section-by-section condition rating for every roof.
Reduce preventable risk
Find failing seams, flashing and drainage issues before they become interior leaks and claims.
Defend every decision
Photo-documented ratings give finance, ownership and insurers the evidence behind each recommendation.
Compare across sites
One rating standard lets you rank roofs across the portfolio, not just within a single property.

FAQ
Roof Condition Assessment questions
How long does an assessment take?
Most single-building assessments are completed in one site visit. Portfolio programs are scheduled regionally so every roof is captured within a defined window.
Do you sell repairs off the assessment?
Our assessment is independent. Recommendations are based on condition, and you choose whether we coordinate the work or you bid it yourself.
What roof types do you assess?
TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up, metal, shingle and coated systems on commercial, institutional and multifamily buildings.
Not sure where to start?
Start with a roof assessment. We’ll document condition, prioritize the work and show you what should happen next.
